How to Reset SimpliSafe?

Guide: Reset SimpliSafe Base Station

1. Detach the “SimpliSafe base station” from the power socket.
2. Flip the “base station” upside down to reach the battery door.
3. Open the “battery door” with a screwdriver and remove the batteries within the battery compartment.
4. Hold on for about 30-45 seconds.
5. Plug the base back into the “wall socket”.
6. Now, “replace” the batteries removed from the base station.

How to Factory Reset SimpliSafe Pin?

1. Switch your alarm off.
2. Remind yourself of the current Master PIN.
3. Press the Menu button on your keypad.
4. Key in the “current Master PIN” in the text field.
5. The first option of the Menu panel is to Change your PIN.
6. “Select” the first option by pressing the blue Away button.
7. “Input “your new PIN.
8. Confirm the pin by re-entering it again.
9. Press the Menu button again to exit.
